A #tedxcomo . Prime impressioni

A little @TEDxLakeComo spoiler ;-)

I'm really looking forward for the first TEDx Lake Como event, which will take place this evening in Como, at Politecnico di Milano, Polo di Como.

Since my office is in the university campus, few minutes ago I went to the Aula Magna to have a look, and I did this little spoiler picture :-) C ya later!!

New Google home page

I was looking for a RTM desktop application for Mac and then the new Google home page appeared. Empty, even more minimalistic than before... The two buttons withing the suggestion list are nice. I think I like it, it's way more "Web 2.0" than before...

Browsers evolution timeline

A nice visual representation of the browser evolution in time. It is interesting to see the different evolution models taken by involved actors: for instance, some browsers like IE and Opera survived to-day by taking their own path, while others like Firefox and Safari evolved from previous work.

Layar – Augmented reality for iPhone and Android

Layar is a free application on your mobile phone which shows what is around you by displaying real time digital information on top of reality through the camera of your mobile phone.

I was waiting for an application like this one! Unfortunately there is no data layer for Italy, but some of the layers are worldwide. I'll have a look and let you know.

Layar.
